Feedback Policy
As
of 2008, eBay has changed it's feedback policy. We
have updated our feedback policy as well.
By
making your purchase from our company on eBay, you
are agreeing to the following terms.
Positive Feedback
We
use an automated feedback reply system, provided by
eBa, to leave positive feedback for positive
feedback received.
Once you leave us positive feedback, we will return
the favor.
We
do not leave personalized feedback, or feedback
before positive feedback is received. This ensures
that the customer is happy with their purchase, and
that all problems are mutually resolved before
feedback is left.
Neutral /
Negative Feedback
In
the rare event that there is a problem with an
order, the customer is encouraged to contact us via
email. Please be aware that due to the high number
of emails received, there may be a delay of up to 72
hours in a reply.
In
the event that neutral or negative feedback is left
for us before a problem is resolved, US ACCELERATOR
CORP., will cease any and all communications with
the buyer, stop any and all RMA/Return processes and
consider the matter closed.
If
the buyer wishes to file a PayPal dispute, please
keep in mind that according to PayPal, in
order to receive a refund the customer will be
responsible for paying the return shipping with
tracking/delivery confirmation for the item to be
returned.
