ACCELERATOR CORP will warrant all items to be
delivered free of defect or damage and meet or
exceed the descriptions given in our item listings.
Delivery Warranty
In
the rare event that a product is damaged in
shipment, is defective upon arrival, or dead on
arrival we will work with our customers to either,
a.)
Return the item for a full refund
b.)
Exchange the damaged item for an identical
replacement if item is still in stock
For
your item to be considered for replacement or
refund, you must contact us within the time frame
and requirements listed below.

It
has been under seven days since your item was
delivered. This time frame is determined based
on shipping company tracking number or delivery
confirmation number.

The item must be returned with all originally
included packaging, manuals, pieces and parts.
If
your item has arrived and exhibits any of the afore
mentioned problems and meets the time frame listed
above, please contact us immediately via e-mail within (14)
seven days of receiving your item and refer to the
return process listed at the bottom of the page.
Non-Defective
Item Returns
If
your item is not damaged, and you wish to return it
due to a "change of mind", "doesn't fit" or
"purchased by mistake", these items will be
considered Non-Defective Item Returns.
In
these cases, the buyer will be expected to contact
us by email or phone within (14) seven days, and then pay to return the
item to us in the condition it was delivered.
Once the item is received, it will be inspected and
serial number matched with our records for fraud
prevention purposes, and then a refund in the amount
of the Original Purchase Price only will be given,
excluding the original shipping amount.
Time Limit for
Returns
In
either case of return, Defective Return or
Non-Defective Return, the customer will have (14)
calendar days to contact us of a problem.
Once fourteen days after delivery has come, no returns
will be accepted for any reason.
Manufacturer's
Warranty
Many of our items come with a manufacturer's
warranty. You can begin your warranty coverage
period by completely filling out the enclosed
registration card and mailing to the manufacturer.
The manufacturer's warranty is offered is addition
to our seven day arrival warranty, please contact us
within the first seven days if a problem arises.
After seven days, please proceed to contact the
manufacturer.
The
Return Process

Contact us
immediately by email or phone if your package is
defective, dead or damaged and include as many
details as possible.

If Shipping Damage
is apparent, we may contact the shipping company
to request an insurance claim.

We will issue you
an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
which you will need to keep recorded.

We will
contact UPS and arrange for a pickup from your
residence. You will need to repackage the item
the best you can, and leave it outside if you
will not be home when UPS comes by. UPS will
attempt 3 pickup attempts, leaving a
notification the first two times. If after three
pickup attempts they have not been able to
pickup the item, it will become the customers
responsibility to ship the item back.

Upon arrival we
will inspect the item, compare serial numbers,
and either issue a full refund, or send out a
replacement for damaged items. For Non-Defective
returns, we will issue a refund in the amount of
the Original Purchase Price excluding the
original shipping costs.

Please keep in mind that if Neutral or Negative
feedback is left, US ACCELERATOR CORP., will
cease any and all communications and will stop
the RMA/return process and consider the matter
